We conduct a thorough review of data sharing settings and policies across various Microsoft 365 applications:

 

     SharePoint

       We assess SharePoint admin settings to ensure data sharing is controlled effectively.

       We review and configure Conditional Access Policies to limit access to SharePoint resources based on specific conditions, enhancing security.

 

     OneDrive

       We review and configure Conditional Access Policies for OneDrive to restrict access to individual user's files and folders.

 

     MS Teams

       We evaluate settings in the Teams Admin center, including site creation and deletion settings, to maintain control over Teams' data sharing.

       We ensure that external sharing settings within Teams are appropriately configured to restrict access as needed.

 

     Exchange

       We check for and disable unauthorized forwarding of emails to prevent data leakage.

       We configure SafeLinks and Safe Attachments to protect against malicious links and attachments in emails.
