"Bedrock".
Security?
Done.

Blue-and-green-Calming-Backgrounds.jpg

We're here to take the worry out of

Microsoft 365 security

and give you
peace of mind

so you can focus

on other things

Microsoft 365 is an amazing platform, and it can be your most secure asset

but it's not that way by default.

That's where we can help you,

with the best solutions in the industry.

We help organisations achieve

the best possible balance of security and value.

The best "bang for your buck.

Take Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an example.

Just deploying this one feature will dramatically improve your security posture.

Then there's Privileged Identity Management (PIM), which manages what, where and for how long your users have access.  The damage from any breaches can be substantially reduced, as can any insider attacks (which are increasingly common).

Backup?  Ransomware attackers are getting more sophisticated, and during breaches they delete backups before encrypting your content.  Hence, your backup configuration, method and strategy are important.

We can take care of all this,

and much, much more

for you.

Did you know that...

World BG.png

> 99.9%
of compromised accounts did not have Multi-Factor Authentication

World BG.png

> 88%
of users have never seen MFA at work
(which means it is not being rolled out)

World BG.png

> 60%
of users re-use enterprise passwords
(and password attacks have increased by 74% in just one year)

World BG.png

> 97%
of breaches exploit outdated authentication methods

We can help

Your security is the bedrock upon which all technological success is built”

In the recent past, having the best systems was the competitive edge you needed.

It was the most important thing.

Unfortunately, that's changed.

With the huge increase in cyber attacks throughout the world, the landscape of business has changed forever.  Daily, we hear about one hack or another.  It's showing no signs of slowing down, and it won't slow down, because for hackers, it's a hugely profitable activity.

Not only is the breadth and complexity of these hacks increasing, but the professionalism of the people running them is growing in lockstep.  In conjunction with this, hacking activities are becoming more accessible, with the rise of a whole new market, where entities with money can hire Cybercrime As A Service...

(You can read more on p18 of the  Microsoft Digital Defence Report 2022)

In an impassioned speech on December 8th 2022, Clare O'Neil said:

“(Australia is)….facing the most dangerous set of strategic

circumstance since the second world war, and those circumstance

are having real impact on Australians, even when they are at home"

Cyber Security completely dominated the content.

While there is cause for concern,

and significant action to be taken to wake Australia from its "Cyber Slumber"...

there ARE solutions

and we CAN make this EASY for you.

Abstract Background

"Where do I start?"

Five-Factors-With-Most-Benefit.jpg

The five industry factors proven to deliver the most benefit

We understand that it can be overwhelming to think about where to start.

Many organisations find it difficult to know where to focus their efforts.

But don't worry.  We can help you figure out where to start by

standing on the shoulders of giants

With a huge expanse of history,

experience

and knowledge to draw from,

we can work together to determine:

Where the sources of data are

What the realistic risk of a breach might be

The actual impact of a breach, if it occurred

Once we have identified the areas of most risk,

we move on to develop a plan that will mitigate those risks.

From there, we work together to find a plan that

fits with your organisation's comfort level.

We can help you every step of the way,

and we will be here to support you as your security needs evolve.

So don't worry about where to start - we can help you figure it out.

What if we already have a

Cyber Security person or team?

No problems.

We’re here to augment your existing resources, not compete with them.

In fact, our core business model is built on the idea that we

come in

do the work

handover the knowledge

This allows us to disengage, which is also how we manage cost

and stay price competitive.

We're like your Part Time Cyber Team.

Our job is to UPLIFT organisations.

“There are two types of companies:
those who have
been hacked, and those who don’t yet know they’ve been hacked.”

But Cyber Security is SO expensive...

This is something we hear, often

and it can be true
especially if you’re a medium-sized organization, where you’re

too big NOT to have a dedicated Cyber Security person on staff….

but not big ENOUGH to be able to shoulder the annual $150-$200k spend

Which is where we come in

We can handle all of your M365 Cyber Security with our packaged solutions

at a much more competitive price

without compromise.

"How?"

Here's what our experience has shown us, again and again.

Let's do the numbers.

A good, Cyber Security expert will cost you $150-200k

But they're hard to find

And guess what?

They're even harder to KEEP.

Why?

They want to continue to grow.  When they reach a certain level, and when you get to the point where you're comfortable....and well protected...

they get BORED

(and they look around and realise what they're worth)

and they get offered squillions...and they leave

(with the benefit of ALL you've spent on them along the way)

All your IP, knowledge, training and everything you did for them

walks out the door with them.

The answer :
working together

Our people tend to stay with us

because when working together we give them:

- variety

- growth

- experience

- challenges

- change

Everybody wins.

They're also incentivised to capture, record, improve and document everything they do, so when it is time to move on, it's much easier for someone else coming in to pick up the reins and continue.

TOGETHER

we all benefit.

“I really don't see the VALUE

in Cyber Security"

("And I don't think I'm at serious risk of being hacked")

It's true that it can be hard to see the tangible value of Cyber Security,

but that doesn't mean it's not important.

And just because you can't see the value, it doesn't mean it's not working.

It's a little like the airbags in a car.  You have them in case

something were to happen.

In terms of the risk of being hacked, or being a likely target,

it's true that not everyone is at equal risk.

But that doesn't mean that nobody is at risk.

Often, organisations use the completion of any Cyber improvements as a reason to talk to their customers, reinforce or deepen the trust, and let them know some of the things they are doing, to keep data safe.

Business is all about trust, and showing your commitment to good Cyber practices can be another way to show your customers you appreciate them and their business.

Unfortunately, it happens that people realise the true impacts of a Cyber attack when they are the victim of one, at which time

they have the same work to be done as before,

but with the addition of the impacts of an attack, such as:

- data loss (and any reconstitution)

- reporting obligations

- reputational risk or brand damage

- material loss / potential legal bills

and on it goes...

The cost of dealing with a cyber attack can be much higher

than the cost of preventing one in the first place.

If your computer is hacked, you could lose important data, face financial losses, or even be held legally responsible for any damage that the hacker causes. Cyber security services can help prevent these kinds of situations,

and in the long run, they can save you money.

You: Okay, I see your point. I'll consider using cyber security services.

Me: That's great to hear! Cyber security is an important issue, and taking steps to protect yourself can go a long way towards keeping you and your information safe. I'm glad I could help convince you of the need for these services.

Cyber security services can help prevent these kinds of situations, and they can provide peace of mind.
